Allow 5-7 days for delivery of the Enrollment Kit. By supplying this information you are allowing us to provide you with program updates and marketing information relating to CHET in the future.

Already have a 529 college savings plan account with another state and want to move the assets to a CHET account? Complete the Rollover Form (PDF) and return it to us along with your enrollment kit materials.†
